Workshopping Scenes by Living NY Playwrights
begins january 26th // sundays 12-2:30pm // three week course // 1/26, 2/2, 2/9 (workshop with playwrights)
This scene study class will explore contemporary playwrights’ voices, connecting emotionally, while also employing the “tricks of the trade” I’ve collected over 30 years performing and producing new work. Our goal: to communicate with both authenticity and impact. The playwrights of our selections will join us in our third session to workshop their pieces. Playwrights scheduled: Matthew Gasda, Kate Mulley, Sophie Dushko.
