COMMUNION. an open mic poetry joint. is a collective effort to make space for voices heard and unheard who got something to say. COMMUNION. will uplift, support and recognize all artists.

The open mic will feature local poets as well have open slots to hear from folx who want to share amongst the community. Every poet will have 3 minutes MAX to share their work, in order for us to get to as many people as possible. The open mic is first come, first served—so make sure you come and transform that silence into language… and action!

COMMUNION. Welcomes all folx to gather beneath one roof, we’ll call a home for one night and break-bread. It takes a village to raise a child, so help nurture and grow this one with us.

The event is $10 dollars (plus processing fees) online and $15 dollars at the door.

Doors open at 6:30, open mic begins at 7pm.
